Hot Yoga 60
Based on the original Bikram series of 26 postures and has a set format although each teacher will bring in the odd variation. This class has been designed to work 100% of your body and will leave you feeling awesome. Suitable for all.
Hot Yoga 90
A 90-minute class following the full Bikram sequence of 26 postures, each performed twice allowing you to deepen your practice. Come and find meditation through movement in this popular style of yoga. Suitable for those who have attended our ‘Hot Yoga 60’ class.
This class concentrates on lengthening and strengthening core muscles to improve posture, muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A great alternative to traditional weight bearing workouts that can build short, bulky muscles. Suitable for all.

For the early birds among us! This is a hot class that will guide you through a series of sun salutations and lead into a slow flow focusing on movement with breath. End with a deep stretch and relaxation…what a great way to start the day. Suitable for all.
