We are a hot yoga and pilates studio situated within the Thames Club in Surrey. Designed by Amanda Free, the UK’s first Hot yoga Teacher, our studio is a beautiful space in which one can move, unwind and switch off from the outside world. Our unique classes are designed to give our students a progressive experience, for both mind & body and we aim to help bring physical and mental focus and balance back into your busy lives.
